This morning i tried to purchase tickets off a website (one that my friend uses). Once i filled in the details and such and confirmed my order, it told me the tickets were sold out.
I was just checking my balance and i had 40.45 removed today although it had not appeared on my statement yet, but i knew it was the total price of the ticket.
Not long ago i phoned their support, they had nothing of my Postal Code or card number on their records, and the lady told me what might of happened is that the money was removed by my bank and put into a pending account ready for the transaction or what ever. She also said it is usually returned 7-10 days if the company doesn't withdraw the money. Or i may of been charged for a ticket that isn't available (but she said the first was most likely).
Just wondering what would be the most appropriate thing for me to do?
