Money order questions?

Question

I have some questions about US money orders.If i was in the US and i bought a normal money order (not international) at a USPS branch,when i buy it do i have to put the name of the payee (who i'm sending the money to) on the order there and then or can i do it later?

Also do i have to put my name (the purchaser) on it there and then or can that be done later?

Finally do you roughly know what a $5 money order would cost all in all please?

depends it would cost 5.25 at walmart yeah u put the name of company or person on it ask the cashier if u need more help :)
