Mongolian Grill Restaurant?

I am trying to count my calories and I am going to a mongolian grill restaurant where they make the food right in front of you. I get to choose the meats, vegetables, sauces etc. Any combination that would be less fattening/ less calories? Should i get the lomein noodles in place of rice?

  1. When I go to Mongolian Grill I always get lots of veggies and chicken  and Eat Rice with it! :)

    I think that rice and noodles have around the same amount of calories.


  2. Both have a lot of carbs, but I think that the rice will pass through you faster than the noodles.  Focus on more veggies and meats, avoid pork, it is really high in fat.  Try staying away from the sauces, because those can have a lot of calories as well.
