I'm Mongolian myself, but I still can't find out why they're all twigs. Like, they eat LAMB meat, horse meat, meat, meat, meat, and stuff. But they're all just twigs like me.

I don't really eat lamb and horse and beef and stuff, because that stuff's just too strong for me.

I'm kinda into vegetables and fruits and all that good stuff.

  1. exhaust is more than intake?

  2. because they run around after their meals. EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE.

  3. As an American I know very little about the  Mongolian Republic or Inner Mongolia..

But My opinion is,,, it is lost in the 18 century and a very hard life..

and discrminated on by Russia and China politically..

I do not believe your suggesting the heavy meat diet as a matter of fact (that issome what bogus)

I thought they are mostly Hindu and I thought mostly vegetarians..

  4. Lean meat is not fattening.

  5. They expend more calories than they consume--that is the way anyone stays thin.

  6. Mongolians originally live in places with harsh environment, strong cold dry winds, high altitude places, often they've to climb up hilly & rock places because traveling with vehicle are just not possible to many places.

They need all the energy from the meat, blood + wine to keep their body warm & for survival. Most of them walk & climb a lot thus physically have long & thin body built.

I've a Mongolian friend (she migrated about 1 decade ago from Mongolia), although she's not very tall but she seemed tall due to her face shape & body. Yes, all long & thin. Even her family are like that. But she & her family are mostly vegetarians except they eat eggs. She once told me when it's really cold. Really too cold, they've even drank blood wine. Means horse blood mix wth wine. It may sound digusting to many but it's just too cold so that's the only thing that warms them up for them to survive thru out the night especially as kids.

  7. Just like a lot of indigenous people (Aleuts, Eskimos, Siberians, Polynesians, etc), Meat products was there primary source of sustanance. As humans, we were meant eat meat for the past 250,000 years. It's only been for the past 5000 years that we've cultivated grains, but not eating them long enough to induce evolutionary change. Grains (rice, wheat, corn) make you fat.

Also, helps that you burn more calories than you eat, but protein cannot be stored by the body...
