I have a philips 17ins flat screen monitor that keeps periodically turning black/off. Up until now it starts again ok(recovers) but 2nite it went off after about 3 secs and does not come on again unless i press the power button off then on..lasts for 3secs..then off again..help!!Just out of year warranty(feb)grrr!
