Monitor cause blasting sound !

Question

My monitor is DAEWOO 15". Now-a-days, it sometimes cause blasting sound (FAAATT) and the display gone. When I restart computer after a while than it works fine. It causes sound when the computer is booting. If the computer booted well then it will not cause sound. What's the problem ? Will you pliz help me ?With RegardsGandhi
