Monitor keeps stating "monitor going

Question

Monitor keeps stating "monitor going to sleep" now awhile after booting up. The monitor works fine with other computers and the computer in questioning when in safe mode - yet if tried to boot normally, the monitor says going to sleep.Recently, I used that monitor to work on another PC but didn't touch the now affected one - but after plugging it back into the old one.. this is the issue
