Monitor problems. HP w2007v Monitor. Less than 12 months old, working ok this morning. Monitor now

HP w2007v Monitor. Less than 12 months old, working ok this morning. Monitor now no longer recognises input from pc. Error message reads no input going to sleep.However have plugged inold monitor to pc with separate cable and get same problem. HELP
