I have one 3000watt sub DVC so i wanna wire it in a parallel circuit which would drop the resistance to 2ohms and i want to have one mono amp push it... The thing i need help with is since i wired it in a parallel circuit i only end up with two wires coming from the subwoofer the positive wire and the negative... And the mono amp has four places for the subwoofer wires two positives and two negatives... If i only connect two will it give me the same amount of power?

The sub is 3000 watts and 1000 watts RMS

The amp is 900 watts RMS at 2 ohms
