1.  Donald Trump wants one of your properties, will pay $500 for anything.  (if you want to do it you must give a deed to bank, property goes up for sale again)

2.  Jehova's witnesses at your door, must go into hiding.  Skip your next turn.

3.  Switch your game piece's location with any other player.

4.  Termites have invaded, all houses must be sold.  Can not be repurchased until your next turn.
