If you own all three properties of one suit, and you have a hotel on the property that someone land on, are they paying you double the amount? For example. I own all all the red properties, and i have a hotel on one of them, then someone lands on it. Are they paying me double?

hopefully this site helps you =D

    monopoly is my favourite game!

  3. No, the rents are only doubled on unimproved properties (No houses or hotels).  If you have a hotel on one then all the properties must have at least 4 houses on them (See the rule on building evenly.) so none of the properties are unimproved and eligable for the double rents.

  4. monopoly is fun to play

  5. Here is a link to a copy of the official rules

  6. No, you only double the amount they pay if you have no houses or hotels. It'd be silly to double the amount for a hotel because obviously you have the whole set or you couldn't buy a hotel.

  7. no. you only get double for rent if you have all three, but if you have a hotel on one of them then the rent is still doubled for the other two but the hotel price is not doubled...does that make sense...?? i hope it does!! lol =)

  8. No.  Double rents only apply to undeveloped properties.

  9. no--that's only if you own all the properties--no buildings.
