Wow.  That is great.  What is your actual question?  Since you didn't actually ask a question at Yahoo Answers, where real people give real answers, I will just take a guess and try to read your mind.

My magic eight ball says for you to contact the company you made the purchase with via email and ask that they refund one of the charges.  Unless you have actually used both authorization codes.  In which case you would not be entitled to a refund.  And if you ordered the hard copy to be mailed to you, you will have to wait to get them both and return the once that matches with the authorization number you have used.

Perhaps if you had given the company name I could have given you the toll free number to call for help, but again, I am not a mind reader.
