Coffee...  Monster, red bull and amp have the amino acid taurine which helps clear caffeine from your body faster.   ... so with these energy drinks you get a caffeine boost but then you crash super hard and "need" another energy drink.

Monster is best. It has the most variety of flavors, and has cool cans too ;)

But it's all personal preference.

Monster. It has the best flavour, and packs quite a punch.

P.S. You know why it's called Red BULL? Cuz taurine is harvested from bull testicles.

Out of these I prerer the original Monster and Amp.

I don't use these anymore as I have found better but I am not going to spam the board or put a selcection outside of that provided like some posters did. I am keeping true to the question.

Don't listen to people who say Taurine is from Bull urine or testicles. They are proving how little they actually know. Taurine is an organic acid that is the make up of all amino acids. It is in our heart, nervious system, skeletal muscles, white blood cells, and our bile where it is needed to process oils and fat soluable nutrients. The earliest uses of it were derived from bull bile, but that does not mean bull p**s or s***n.
