i personally dont drink them they are bad for your heart and give oyu heart diease by the time you are 70 so i wouldnt drink that if i were u but ampd is better than monster

I have not had any for a while. The last time I did they only had 3 flavors. The thrid one I did not care for but the first 2 that came out I liked.

I have moved on since then and only drink healthy energy drinks.
