Monster Energy Website Question?

Im trying to post my story on monsterenergy.com/thelabs/shoutouts.php and I can't do the part where it says "Enter the number you see on the graphic:" Because I don't know where it is. Does any1 know?

Someone else asked this earlier. Maybe they are having problems. Normally the graphic will be within viewing range of the entry block.

Maybe shoot them a question real quick to see if they are having technical difficulties. Since this is the 2nd time I saw this today that would be my guess.
