Monster energy drinks dangerous??

i've always wondered why Monster energy drinks have the warning that limit is 3 cans per day.

why is that?

and what would happen if you drunk like, 7 cans?

  1. There is a limit because you CAN overdose on caffeine, and end up in the hospital.  


  2. Yeah, you can overdose on caffeine. It can cause problems with your heart. I went to a college program in high school and if we were caught with more than 2 energy drinks in our dorms we were sent home. It's a serious problem.

  3. Caffeine is like wickedly addictive and it is also dangerous when used in excess.  It seems like the world is bent on getting us all addicted to one thing or another.  

  4. Well energy drinks like that can damage your kidneys and your heart. The caffeine and whatever is in there can cause heart palpitations and make your organs work harder.

  5. I say yes.  They are not health drinks.  I never ever drink energy drinks.  They are not good for you.  

  6. Well because you'll OD on caffeine have a heart attack and die.
