  1. thats what i wanna do but my mom wont even let me your lucky you have acess! i envy your c-store:)

  2. 1 a week won't kill you but it is in no way good for you.  All energy drinks are extremely unhealthy in general.  I would stop now before you get addicted.  Drink tea, it's naturally energizing and very healthy for you.

  3. Just stop. They aren't good for you. It doesn't matter if you're 13 or 31, it's unhealthy.

  4. you shouldn't even be drinking it. Your 13, you should have all the energy you need. They didn't even have energy drinks until I was like 21. Stay away from them, you'll wear your heart out at an early age. You heart only had a certain amount of beats in it's lifetime. Think about that. You don't want to use them up to quickly. Now adays people are having heart attacks at the age of 30, which used to be never heard of. Be careful. Just stick with Mountain Dew.

  5. well your not gunna die!! but it is bad for you. having a couple sodas a week is most likely better for you and diet sodas at that.

    i hope i helped!

  7. Im 13 to and i love monster energy if you really need monster energy drinks drink the low carb version it tastes better and 4 grams of sugar and 10 calories or try amp sugar free or jolt sugar free their awsome i drink atleast 1 sugar free energy drink or sometimes drink every week i reccomend rockstar punched its awsome hope i helped its not to bad for you for 1 per week

  8. its fine but just about every energy dring has health issues

  9. One a week should not hurt you, there are plenty of adults out there that drink 4 cups of coffee or even worse espresso a day. I don't drink caffeine. If I have a monster I get the jitters and get nervous. Caffiene effects everyone different.

  10. That's not necessarily often enough to affect your health but I would definitely try to avoid energy drinks all together. They're bad news, especially for a young adult.
