Monster energy?

i drink monster assault 1 every 2 weeks. is that bad or is it ok. will it add up over the years, probably about 3 drinks a month?

No you are fine. You can have a serving a day without any ill effects too.

I now people thah drink 2 or 3 a day!!!  most of them are costruction workers I personaly tink that unless you realy nead it DON'T DRINK IT.

well energy drinks are never good for you, but 3 a month can't hurt.
