Monster in New Jersey ocean?

ive heard that there was a "monster" in the ocean off of new jersey. ive heard it was on the channel 5 news as well. i looked on the site but found nothing. it supposobly has feet like a deer and horns on its neck. know anything about it. if so can you give me links?
