Monsters tv program when i was younger?

Question

ok when i was smaller

i use to watch a program i think it was called monsters

but im trying to find it

i think it was on fox kids or something like that

and one of the main characters was a eye ball like creature that had like one stump for a leg and he could teleport

and for some reason the word pheonix comes to mind ?

could anyone plz tell me what it was called

if they could remember it

I'm not sure how old you are so don't know what time frame you're talking about but the only TV show I can think of that had monsters was AHHHHH! Real Monsters. It was on Nickelodeon in the 1990s.
