Monstronix.com i had problems with this company where would you order electronics?

they are not safe if you plan on ever getting your order i ordered something from this company dvd recorder ,

first i had to type in a code from the email i got then , i had to type a pass word code from a home telephone code confirming my phone number , then i went out of town and after the 5thome once again to confirm for a second time , i was not and they canceled my order called me high risk and reported my credit card and the cc company canceled me until i contacted them until i called them back , i mean how many times do i have to confirm with this company they pissed me off and if i can stop one customer from buying from them its not enough.h day of still not delivering the item , they called my

amazon.com....the new stuff is pretty cheap and they have used items also that are guaranteed by amazon.
