Montana tornado question?

i was wondering, i live in simms MT, near Great Falls. and we get alot of severe thunderstorms here, and some funnel clouds but none ever result in a tornado, anyway is it possoble that tornados can spawn here cuz id love to see one. : )

It is possible. A tornado develops when a storm keeps rotating and develpoing in the same place over and over again. Hope this helps.

possible, sure, but its unlikely that large enough air masses can collide since the rocky mountains tend to get in the way. You would have better luck out in eastern Montana
