fasinating isnt it? go to oopart.com. i posted this direct last night but i violated yahoo answers,they asked me to appeal,so i asked them why dont you tell me why its a violation?

I saw the photo and It looks like a dog and the so called "beak" looks like nothing more than the canine teeth showing because the dogs snout has decomposed, leaving a "beak" like appearance.

A raccoon is another animal that has been suggested,  i'll stick to my original guess,  it's a dog.

First time seeing this. Uhm it's probably not a 'monster' but an animal with some kind of deformity
