Montezuma (Costa Rica) lodging?

Does anyone know of any inexpensive but also very clean places to stay overnight, such as B&B or hostel in the Montezuma area (Costa Rica). I'm looking to not pay more than $60 per night for a double room.

I know of some inexpensive places to stay there.  Very clean might be subjective.  Most do not have hot water and most have shared bathroom.  

Hotel Lys about $20 double but the way the dollar is dropping might be more now.  

Cabinas Tucán also about $20.  

Hotel La Aurora about $50 is on the internet

La Cascada is a nice place that would be in your range.  The Amor de Mar is a fabulously beautiful setting and is within your range in the low season but I don't know their high season prices.  A little known secret is Los Mangos.   While 90% of the rooms there are around $100 a night they have 6 very basic rooms that are left over from when it was started as a hostel.  The rooms are well within your range and you have the same access to the pool and view as the higher paying guests.

Check in trip advisor, why pay attention to just on person if you can check hundreds of reviews and see photos of the places?
