about how long is the drive to both of these places from detroit ??

From Detroit Toronto is about a 3 hr drive add another 3 hrs for Montreal. Going the speed limit of 100ks or 60 mph. Both are cities worth visiting.

Some people gave you some bad advice. I live in Canada at the border across from detroit.

Toronto takes about 3.5 - 4 hours to drive there

Montreal takes about 9 hours!!
