  2. Yeah... depends. If you are extroverted, better with people.

  3. thats definitely normal... you should check into an anti depressant..

  4. yes depression does hold off when your keeping your mind on something besides how depressed you are. i take effexer, which helps my depression

  5. yes . ive been depressed for over a year now and im just coming out of it i think (+hope). Anyway if your mood changes throughout the day it might mean that your depression is to do with your diet .It happened to me a lot - sometimes I would be crying one minuite and then 30 mins later id be bouncing around loving my mates - its strange . You should go and see your GP for a blood test just incase you have anything missing from your diet for any reasons.

Remember that being with ur mates or working isprobably just taking your mind off your problems XXXXXXXX

  6. definitely, especially with worse moods in the evening and morning

  7. Yes.  During those times when you feel better, you are focused on something or someone besides yourself and how you feel.  If you do things that take your mind off of all your negative thoughts that feed into and fuel your depression.  Look for the book "Feeling Good" -- it is very descriptive about this connection and has tactics to change your patterns. . .

  8. hi, being a depressed person i know a little about this. yes time off day can effect you. my worst time is at night when i'm all alone. keeping busy with friends may sound bad at first, but you will over come that feeling and chances are you'll be smiling again. paulie

  9. I think so. I used to be depressed and when I was with my buddies, I was happy, but with my family I was sad.

It all depends on the people you're around and how much you like them, I guess.

  10. I think you should see a therapist

  11. I would say yes it is normal. Hanging out with others takes your mind off your problems, and you have fun with them. Working is the same - your mind is on something else. Also exercise is very good for depression, when you exercise your body releases chemicals which make you feel good, they counter depression.

  12. yes. with me at night i am realy moody because i am just thinking about things getting on me but in the day i am more warm

  13. You know, its life so don't stress over it. It happens with out you knowing.

  14. yes, we have circadian rythms that make us tired, happy, content and if you are suffering from depression you will be more sensitive to those rythms.

  15. What I find really helpful to have a real fun relaxed stress and anxiety free day is to drink a lot. Have a few good swigs in the morning, take a hip flask with you when you go out, or go to school or work, and then get stuck into the booze in the late afternoon. It really gives you a good night’s sleep and when you wake up feeling a bit fuzzy the next morning a few good swigs will set you up for another good stress free day. I find Vodka good as people do not smell it on your breath. I’m having a ball and doing really well with my studies at University. I have a great part time job at a local book store and the management have no idea I’m half pissed all the time, I got employee of the month for the last two months and I am leading part time sales by heaps this month. It certainly makes the time go quick and adds a lot of fun to the day.

  16. Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily

Step 2: Think before your action. Don't repeat her past experience on herself. Remind herself from time to time.

Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"

Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time

Step 5: Increase scope of life. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others.

Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought.
