Normally I have mood swings that happen ANYTIME - especially at school! My friends are always around & I take it out on them! I feel bad because they don't deserve my anger! How can I avoid getting at them?

  1. this can b a hormone factor or it could b right around a monthly cycle. a good friend always knew when mine was near cuz i got moody. 4 the longest time i didn't believe it was an issue until i happened 2 catch myself in 1 of these mood swings & then very shortly after that, my cycle started. ever since then i'd learned how 2 avoid these mood swings by avoiding things that would cause it during that time. i never knew what this would b until it happened, & then there's a frienda mine going thru the change of life called menopause. she gets moody @ times & then she must B left alone until she feels better.

Best Wishes and God Bless you

  2. Control yourself. You have control, you just haven't mastered it yet. If you have a lot of problems on hand, maybe telling your friends about it will lift a LOT of weight off your shoulders. Mood swings are difficult to handle, but with much thought and control over yourself, I'm sure you'll be able to hold it in and not take it out on your friends. If you explain your problems to your friend, then they won't take it offensively when you accidentally slip and let your mood swing thrive.
