England rugby captain Lewis Moody has refuted claims he provoked Keven Mealamu before the head butt that earned the All Blacks hooker a four week ban. Moody, who required treatment after copping a blow to the back of the head, today emphatically denied anything provocation. ''Absolutely nothing. I certainly didn't say anything,'' Moody told Britain's Telegraph newspaper.
