Ive been thinking about making some moonshine. I'm not really worried about getting caught. But im having troubles with which recipe to pick.

I was thinking something simple for my first time, and i dont really care to make that much of it i just want to experiment...

I was thinking...

Sugar

Water

Yeast

Cornmeal

First, how long should i let the mash ferment?

Second how much of each ingerdient should i use if i were to use the 4 ingredients i listed. I only want to make a quart or 2

  2. s***w the corn meal. real corn dogg. put the corn in a container(milk jug cut the top of) put your corn water and yeast(not absolutely needed, speeds the process) in the jug and let it rot till it stinks to high heaven. there should b water covering the corn(no necessary amount, it will all boil off. obviously you distill it then. be careful highly flammable. then you have what i call white lighting(first run) high octane s***. around 180 proof. if you us glass distiller it can be pure. do not drink it that way though.i suggest half and half. if you want good stuff, put grapes or strawberries in it and a cup of sugar and let it set for a couple of months. either way a cup of sugar per quart. just dont sell the stuff man. thats illegal
