Moped/scooter question?

how many people does a moped/scooter hold and can it hold two people

Most can hold 2 people.  A lot of states require that you have your license for a certain amount of time before having a passenger though.

  I have ridden two up on a Kymco Agility 50 many times with out a problem.

Most mopeds I have seen can seat two people.

Scooters tend to be around 50 cc so the question is not whether they can sit two but whether or not they can actually pull the combined weight of two people (some scooter manufacturers are quite optimistic in this regard).
