Mopeds and carparks? i need a fast answer.?

im about to go meet my mate who drives a moped she has asked me to ask, if she parks it in a pay and display carpark does she still have to pay? and if so where does she put the ticked? as she dont want it blowing away or getting wet or getting clamped for not paying if she is ment to pay.

tell her not to park in a bay! find the motorcycle park or bike racks and put it there.

Shes OK in a council owned car park if she parks in the space reserved for motorbikes- any other part she has to pay same as a car owner.

pay and then wedge the ticket between the seat and body or anywhere that there is an opening where the ticket can stay. I usually put my parking ticket in where my windsheild meets my upper fairing on my GSXR

you need to check the rules - outside acr parking normally yes - big car parks have a bike park which will let you know what to do!  if she parks in a car space then yes she will ahve to buy a ticket
