More Fantasy Football help please.?

Question

Okay, I have the Cowboys as my starting defense. My backup defense just in case something amazing goes wrong with them is Houston, but I still am not sure if they can live up to their expectations this year. I know they have a great shot at it this year, but I wanna make sure I do the right thing. I have a slot open for the Eagles, and I am really thinking about dropping the Texans and putting them in my starter spot even, I really see some great things coming from them this year, but I want a wider variety of opinions before I do that. Keep in mind also that these are the other defenses up for grabs-->>>

49ers

Vikings

Buccs

Also, I do have Ronnie Brown as a starter, but I do not think he will make the season unharmed either, I think he's going to get hurt again, or do I still play him? I have some options open for running backs...and I got SCREWED in the draft for RB's. Here are some of my options at backs---->>>

Ahmad Bradshaw-Giants

Derrick Ward-Giants

Ray Rice (pretty nice rookie outa Baltimore, trust me on this one)

Tatum Bell-Lions

Sammy Morris-Pats

Andre Hall-Denver

Things can happen and if one of these guys take up a umber one spot, I need to right guy to have for backup as well. Those are the best guys I could find unfortunately. Thanks for any help, greatly appreciated.

Your best RB option, I think, is Ray Rice. McGahee's knee is hurting, last I read, and that might limit his action when the season starts. Of all the rest, Bradshaw looks to be getting the most opportunities.

ummm...as the other dude said correctly, the Vikings are the #1 ranked defense in most cheat sheets.  Drop the Texans (who shouldn't be drafted by anyone outside of a 32 team league) and even the Cowboys and pick them up NOW!  Use that extra roster slot to pick up a RB with upside like Rice, Hall, Hightower, Chris Johnson or better yet Slaton who will probably have a good chance of being the #1 guy in Houston.

Oh yeah...Tatum Bell is the only player that would be worse use of a roster spot than the Texans defense.

dude wth are you waiting for get the VIKINGS. THey are ranked number 1 defense on every single Fantasy Football Ranking.
