More Positive Person?

I want to become a more positive person..not have so much anxiety and depression. I just want to enjoy life. How can i do this?

  1. As the old saying goes, "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery."  Learning how to not get hung up on your past or having anxiety about the future - there is only now, this moment.  Quit stressing and enjoy - get out there and laugh.


  2. Well, you can start by complementing people (not too often or thats creepy) People will smile at you and thank you. It feels good. Eat an apple, then think about how you made the right choice on eating healthy. Buy something you really wanted and share it with your friends.
