More Random Deck building Ideas for Yugioh :D?

The last question I made, I deleted, but I did attempt one of the suggestions which was power cards, focusing on power ups..it was fun testing it...just needs more cards...anyways...just give me some Ideas, random ideas to make a deck..but nothing forbiddon, and nothing that I can't make, because I don't have many cards that a lot of yugioh players have...and none of the new packets.(example) Someone had told me to make a deck using the card Deck Lockdown, and I came up with good ideas on what kind of deck to make out of it, but the problem was I didn't have the certain cards. ...just something would ever think of making.

I've already made good decks, one with High star monster summons, one with Timeater, Drop Off, Blue-Eyes, Light & Dark deck...& also helped someone with a good strategy with Strike Ninja, etc."just an idea, I like experimenting with tricks, & combinations. I'll probably post some deck lists, eventhough I don't have the cards. If you have any questions, message me."

If you would want to test out your deck ideas, get yvd from xerocreative. YOu can duel over the net with it, but it not too high tech.

There are lots of ways to create a good deck.My deck has mostly (40%) spell and trap cards.Spell and traps can have enough power to even wipe out a 12star god card.My deck has 35% of 1-4star cards.These cards may seam weak, but they play the main game.They have good effects sometimes too. They are also used to sacrifice and summon good cards.You need alot of these for a good duel.20% are 5-6stars. These cards streignthen up yor duel crushing your opponent.4% makes all the high star cards which are to be used only in times of need when you are loosing(or to used when you want to see your opponent cry of mercy).1% is of  a god card.These card makes your deck different from others.
