I'm 16, 148lbs and 5'11 and a half.
I took two tests, one said my body fat percentage was 12.5 and the other said 14. I wanna get my body fat percentage down so that theres no more layer of fat on my stomach. I drink water constantly, and run 3k about every other day. However, i eat alot. Can someone give me a good full diet plan so i can look more fit. Also, what can i do to look "jacked".
