More enlightenment on God and Children, Please...?

Okay. So "of such is the kingdom of God." It does not logically follow out of that passage that EVERY child and baby that dies goes directly to heaven! If I say, "The party I'm having is only for people with brown eyes" does that mean that every brown-eyed person in the WHOLE FRIGGING WORLD gets to come to my party? And is heaven going to be full of babies wriggling on the ground, squalling, waiting for some angel to come and change their diapers?

I'm still waiting for that irrefutable argument from the Bible that shows that Christians aren't simply resorting to wishful thinking when they assert that the Bible teaches that God would NEVER send a baby to h**l!

  1. Dude....try to comprehend this.

A child is BORN inncocent with its choices because it CAN'T understand anything to make a decision.

We go to heaven or h**l BASED on our DECISION to accept God and Christ.

A baby....CANNOT make that decision - why??? Because it doesn't understand what it means!!!

And no - it will not be full of babies in diapers.  We have a spirit.....an eternal spirit.   Our spirit and soul only has so much access in this world to what it TRULY is in the eternal realm.

  2. Can you blame Christians?  Who would want to spend eternity with a God that sends babies to h**l?

On a more serious note.  I do not believe there is such a thing as h**l, in the traditional sense.  I am a Christian, but I don't believe lost souls will burn for eternity in a pit of fire.  There is no direct biblical proof stating that.

I believe that those that reject God will be destroyed, but they are not going to suffer for eternity.

  3. The Bible teaches that God doesn't send anyone to h**l.  Age is not a factor.  Acceptance of Jesus Christ is a factor.

The Bible also teaches that Jesus will make Himself known to everyone, before they die (including babies and young children).  They may not call Him Jesus, or know the Bible.  However they will have the chance to know their creator, and to be with Him.

Others will choose not to be with Him.  Their choice.  He did not choose h**l for them, and send them there.  They choose and go of their own free will.

  4. The Bible makes it abundantly clear that babies will go to h**l.....anyone who says anything against Gods word is really His enemy. In Psalms 51 David says, "Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me." Also Jesus speaks about these 12 types of sin we were born with in Mark 7. No sinner will be allowed into heaven, only the sinless and the righteous can enter that sinless place, by obeying and believing in His gospel of the water and the Spirit (John 3:5).

So refrain from using your own wicked thoughts and rather believe Gods Word just as it is.

  5. So does this mean you don't like kids or what?

  6. There will be no 'babies' in Heaven and no 'old wrinklies' either. When we go to Heaven age will be of no consequence. There will be no fat and thin, tall and short, pretty and ugly, male and female.

To God, we are all His children and He loves us. He desires that all will be saved but knows that many will not be. All who have heard of His Son Jesus and have accepted Him as Lord will go to Heaven and those who have NEVER heard of Him will be judged by their knowledge (or lack of it) and the way they lived their lives (if they lived long enough to actually DO anything.

God is not a monster so why do so many wish to paint Him as one?  Why do so many do the devil's work for him and help him to keep others from Christ? If you don't personally want Jesus and prefer to go to h**l it is your choice but why try to prevent others from seeking Him and going to Heaven?
