  1. "Hi!"

    I loved the first one.

For the land of the Free. Well i don't think their free, I think their wrapped in chains by their own government, maybe once before they were free. But this is only my opinion and I'm an Aussie gal.

" I think your funny, you crack me up with your poems.

    Great Job. : )

  2. You eat ******* if you want,

No way I/m going to though.

    The whole idea is disgusting.

    Yuck.

    *******. a pome.

A brown mass there uopn the plate

Of offal made, of offal taste

And named after the new world Quean

No thanks, I'll have Fish and Chips again.

  3. Hmmm, "land of the free" is a Converb, but  America isn't all that bad--yet! Can't resist that rhyming, can you?

  4. In the lesser Britains,

we eat hot dogs with mustard, ketchup

    and sweet pickle relish.

  5. Ah, the land of the free

    the home of the brave

    must be somewhere!

Well said, that's a converb by my definition.

  6. I really like the first one, since taking a hike is probably what Wordsworth is doing anyway.  I don't get the reference of the second?  Is it supposed to be like the song, with the melody of God Save the Queen: `My country isn't free/It is a monarchy...?'
