  1. The simple and cheap way to help with cramps (it's also the quickest, and the most convenient and natural) is having an o****m by masturbating.   It doesn't work for *all* women, but it does help many... and for some, it can get rid of cramps entirely for a while.

"... an o****m can cause your uterus to contract, enabling it to use up excess prostaglandins in the process. Prostagladins are hormones produced by your uterine lining. They help to stimulate contractions that move menstrual blood out of the uterus, and are also responsible for those cramps that occur throughout your period."

  2. Heating pad could help.  I hope you feel better!

  3. No babe, you just have to wait it out. But i know that eating grapes stretches the stomach. That's what i eat when i get cramps while playing soccer.

  4. emmmm... well what i would do is get a hot water bottle and place it on my lower body... it soothes my cramps...

also i usually would drink alot of warm drinks like a cup of warm milk..

sometimes going to the toliet helps aswell... (my opinion) ^^

let me think... chocolate helps me aswell... also helps me cheer up from the lasty pain... awww.. bless you

  5. Bananas help with leg cramps because of the potassium but, I don't think it works for female cramps. It sounds like you have a muscle cramp from strenuous activity. Think about what you did yesterday or just before the cramp started, what was it? Take some naproxin (aleve) which you can buy at any store. If it doesn't go away then call your doctor and ask what you should do.
