More food and petrol price rises?

I can see people shopping less food and walking more to save money.

Is that the real answer if petrol and food prices keep rising.

Aldi sales have picked up while Tesco and Sainsburys sales have slowed.

Where will all this take us.?

  1. TO THE POOR HOUSE....ITS AWFUL WE ARE IN A FULL BLOWN RECESSION RIGHT NOW.

    and it can only get worse...what is the solution, i am praying on it for all our sake.


  2. My family now visit several stores to do the weekly shop and get the best prices...my son has 4 young children to feed.

    It is becoming difficult because prices have risen so much very quickly !!!!!

  3. It won't take us anywhere if we can't afford to go.

  4. The Supermarkets say they are going to cut prices on basics, so that will be interesting perhaps we will have a price war which can only benefit the consumer. Bring it on.

  5. Expect another 9-12% raise in prices then it will top out.. and there will be a slow decline.

    Like the tides economics ebbs and flows.. it happens in each generation at least once or twice.
