More help with snowboard stuff?

ok so i was wondering if this stuff would work for the top of a box

its plexiglass but it isnt lexan, lexan is too pricy for me.

i tried plexiglass and it didnt really work for me.

dunno what happened....just didnt feel right.

lexan worked so much better for me.
