Both are young with a recent history of injuries. Which big man has the brighter future, and which is more likely to drift off into a sea of obscurity.

  1. Oden will be

  2. bynum

  3. I think Bynums injury is serious and probably won't

    come back the same.

Oden's was micro fracture wich Amare came back

    from.

So I have to Say Bynum, he has played 3 years and

had half a good season and has been injured every

year. Odum will be fine this year and in future.

  4. Neither will bust but Bynum will do better than Oden. He has more motivation and is being trained by one of the all-time best centers, Kareem-Abdul Jabbar.

    -Mister J

  5. I would have to say that Bynum is going to be a bust. Lakers then to pick up wack players, just like the Knicks. Bynum is going to be surround by "talent" or just Kobe. Oden seems like he has a lot of potential and he will have a good future. He is on a good team where everyone contributes to the team. On the Lakers team, it just Kobe, Kobe, Kobe. Bynum is going to be a waste of time. Oden has more room to show his talent.

  6. Nether But If I Were To Pick One I Would Pick Greg Oden Just Because Its His First Year In The NBA Because Of His Injury Last Year

  7. oden

  8. Soo everyone who plays a sport ends up having a few injuries

doesnt mean they will be a bust!

are you still crying over the Baron trade lil kid?

    hahahahahahaha

  9. bynum is a bum!! ha! ha! laker  fans! no title next year either!

  10. Personally,

I think Greg Oden is overrated.

Bynum has proved he can work in the NBA while Oden hasn't played 1 game

  11. Bynum is overrated...

  12. Oden is a better player than Bynum in terms of talent, but Bynum is surrounded with more players that can help him become successful.

  13. Corey is actually a top contributor. You're nothing but a spammer and an idiot McLovin.Stop kissing the Lakers' ***.

I think it's fair to say Oden for now, because he hasn't played a NBA game yet. Both are injured, but at least Bynum has played quite a number of games. It's not fair now to compare them, wait a season or two.

  14. Oden will be a future HOF center...Bynum will be an all-star once or twice.

  15. Greg Oden is surrounded by team players who would make him look good even if he's not all that.

Andrew Bynum will not get the ball when Chokobe decides that he wants to be the hero...

See Game 4 of the NBA Finals - When Lamar looks as if he'd be the player of the game, Kobe starts ballhogging and cost them the 24 point led.

As KG put it best: "First half was team basketball. Second half was all Kobe. Defense was easier."

So Bynum would more likely be a bust.

P.S. Did anyone call Pau Gasol soft when he was with the Grizzlies?  How was he soft when he came to the Lakers?  The Spanish National team is one of the most physical teams out there.  So he's tough at the international stage but not when he's with Chokobe?
