More louisiana sleaze as they try to be "victims" of the hurricane.?

The jerkwipes at this metairie, Loserana hospital billed my insurance $12,000 for extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy. I got Blue cross and it isn't covering it. Is there a way I can sue these people for being the crooks that they are? Just because their swamp trash hospital is in a slump since the hurricane, they figure they can rip me off.

You should have checked with your insurance BEFORE you had the procedure to make sure it was a "covered benefit".

If it was supposedly "approved" prior to your surgery, you can appeal it to Blue Cross and/or contact the Louisiana Insurance Commissioner.
