so i still havent finished my math home work and my friends are stumped too...

how would you simplify this: (2x-1)^2

and how would you name it while its simplified by degree and number of terms

what kind of expression is this |x-6|

how do you factor the expression 2x^2-5x+2

thanx so much if you can help. sometimes i wish the ib program we did algebra 1 and 2 right after eachother so it wasnt so confusing switching from algebra to geometry then back to algebra

thanx again!!!

is correct except for the first question where the 1 should be a plus instead of minus cause it's in second degree:

    4x^2 - 4x +1

  2. My Algebra is a little rusty but....

    4x^2 - 4x - 1

    Second Degree Polynomial

    3 Terms

    Absolute Value

    (2x - 1) (x - 2)
