More pain than previously post surgery?

I had a laproscopy, D&C, and uterus suspension, and burned off mild Endometriosis nearly three weeks ago and ever since the surgery developed a stretching, sharp nerve pain in lower right of belly that radiates into my back...Its rather low but away from the incision areas, only on the right hand side. The pain is aggravated on a full bladder...and exercise and walking...scans all come back normal (Except for mild dilation of the right renal pelvis, supposed to not be causing the pain) but Gyno did suggest maybe adhesions....would adhesions develope this quick and just from a laproscope? what options do I have to remove this pain on a daily basis?...or what else would it be the pain? I also have a bit of nerve damage as part of my pubic bone area is numb and surrounding skin area very very sensitive

  1. I am not a doctor, but I have had a laproscopy to treat adenomyosis. I was in pain until they perofrmed my hysterectomy. And THEN I was in pain on some level for about a year. The only thing that helped was vicodin, I think, from my doctor. Now that I am more than 2 years post-op, I feel so much better.

I absolutely had to take pain killers sometimes. And rest, when it was possible.

Have you visited www.hystersisters.com? I highly recommend it.

Good luck. I hope you feel better soon.
