  1. Why not just let them run around the bathroom? I used to simply shut the door and let them have the run of the bathroom. Easy clean up on tile and there wasn't any places for them to hide under.

  2. take a deep breath and count to ten!

Your rat's not gonna die if you stick him on the bed, they just run around and sniff the pillows for a while! Though mine did jump off one day but he was fine and he never did it again! Hope I could be any help and good luck with the training.

  3. I had a rat and we would make little carnivals (if thats what you want to call them) for him and set him on the floor he didn't really try to run away, but all rats are different. And if you put him on the bed and your worried he will fall off watch him closley and if he gets too close to the edge move him back to the middle. Just watch out because when I used to put my rat down he would use the bathroom on the floor. But still all rats are different.

  4. Hi,

If u are going 2 put them in the bath, watch them at all times!

I went away 4 like 2 seconds and 1 of by boys had jumped out XD

I put my rats on my desk and watch them all the time, u never no wt mischief rats an get into =]

If none of this helps, put them in a rat proof room ( all eletrical wires and daungurs things that can be chewed tapped over or moved out of the rats way)

    Good luck wit ur rats

    Love from,

    Rach x
