The buyer and seller reach and agreement and after every step is established the seller contacts our department with all the details ( seller and buyer details, vehicle
information, photos, specifications, documentation ). We verifiy everything and if all the information is correct the transaction is accepted and the buyer receives
the necessary details on how to complete the payment. We will hold the payment until we receive the confirmation from the buyer that the vehicle and documents
are like the seller advertised them. We will release the funds to the other party only after we receive the confirmation from the buyer that he is satisfied with the
merchandise. The eBay fees will be paid by both parties, or only by one of them, you have to discuss with the seller.
Thank you for using eBay!

Hello Mr. Kambang, Thank you for contacting us regarding the offer you received from the seller. I understand your suspicions with this transaction and I appreciate your effort to report this matter. I would like to inform you that eBay will never hold any fund for any member. Our site acts only as a venue to allow members to offer, sell, and buy just about anything, at any time, from anywhere, in a variety offormats. eBay is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. With this, the offer you received from the seller is clearly inviting you to participate in an offsite transaction. We wanted you to be aware of the potential fraud risk these solicitations pose and encourage you to ignore the email you received from this seller. Also, to accept a genuine offer you must log in to My eBay and complete the purchase on the eBay website. If you can't find the offer in the Buying section of My eBay, it's not valid. How else can you protect yourself from email scams and fraud? Always complete your purchases on the eBay website--it's the safest way to trade with other eBay members. Make sure that your User ID is listed as the winning bidder on the "Item ended" page before sending money for a purchase. Please continue to report anyone who asks you to buy outsideeBay.
