More things to do outside?

Question

Ok well me and my nabor are outside like 24/7 and over time it gets BORINGGGGG. And we need sumthing to do. There is no park or anything. We live in a new neighbor getting built. And so it's a pretty boring naborhood and we need so new things to do instead of biking in circles around the naborhood a thousand times. Help?
