Doesn't his relationship with Ron also bring his sexuality into question?

in the half-blood prince harry and ginny go out and end up getting married in the epilogue of the deathly hallows. ron and hermione dont kiss till the deathly hallows but they are also married in the epilogue. harry and ginny have 3 kids and ron and hermione have 2.
