More traffic on blog site?

Question

Well I've tried to get more traffic on my blogsite and I found that trading links with people help. For example, I have a section I call Friends and I post other peoples blog links there. In return they post mine on theirs. If anyone is interested my email is on my blogsite, http://www.aholeblog.blogspot.com

just email me your website and I'll view to check if my link is up on yours, then I'll add yours immediately. Please give me 1-2 days because sometimes I lag on my email. My sites new so i only get 50-100 hits a day at the moment, so be patient.
