can anyone advise me on what to eat so i can gain more weight?

  1. If your talking gaining weight with muscle workout alot then have a protein shake. I suggest 100% whey protein it tastes good and it helps muscle cells regenerate which help you gain weight... in muscle. If your talking weight eat high in calorie but healthy food and snacks.


  2. Depends what kind of weight you want to gain.

    I assume you want to build muscle, foods high in protein and carbs are the best as long as you are working out.

    If you just want to get fat I recommend Chiplote, all day everyday and no activity :)

  3. Protein shakes work well.  If you work out and drink them you will gain muscle.  If you don't work out and drink them, you will just gain a gut!

  4. Have you seen SuperSize Me?

    Hit up McDonalds for every meal of the day.

    But if you're looking more healthy just eat more of what you usually like to eat but before bed.

  5. As long as you consume more calories than you expend you will gain weight.

    WHERE you gain it is a different matter!
